So Obviously I'm new to this, So I'll try to make this short and quick to not bore you guys
-My name is Mayra and I'm 22
-I have not been overweight all my life but hitting puberty was when I gained the pounds
-at my heaviest at 17 I was 180 pounds, I never thought I was "fat" but wow looking back I was very "round"
-I managed to lose 20lbs during senior year and the response I got from my peers was amazing
-for the past 5 years I've stayed between 150-160 and now I got a new position at my work, more money but definitely more stress....
-and for a lot of us more stress means.....more pounds sadly
-I've always relied on myself to lose weight and that has not worked so well lately so I'm hoping this new approach of this support site will help me go down to 125, he'll I'd even be happy with 130!
