I am a long time lurker of this forum... not sure if I ever posted anything before, but I doubt it. This forum is amazing -- I find myself returning to it for information, motivation, sometimes even just for amusement (there are definitely some comedians on here!).
I am hoping to contribute more to this board from now on, rather than just lurking!

I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
