Hi!
I'm a 22 year old girl living in Belgium.
Last year I did "start to run" which helped lose 4 kg but I stopped during the vacation and they slowly grew back on :s. Since it's turning back to spring soon I want to start again and with that also healthier eating :)
I hope I can find lots of tips on here ^^

Poca, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 20-somethings and you might check out the UK Chicks, also.
