Hello, everyone! My name is Mercury, and I just signed up here. I'm striving to lose about 30 to 35 pounds.

After overeating and binge eating for most of my life, I finally decided to check out Overeaters Anonymous about 6 months ago. I truly feel like that program has enriched my life, but although my outlook and my attitude have improved, I'm still struggling with my food behaviors.

Due to my schedule and location, I now attend OA meetings only online, and I've been having difficulty with finding recovery/weight-loss buddies. I'm also between sponsors at the moment, so I've been feeling a bit isolated. I know that I have more success in working my program when I surround myself with supportive people, so I'm very grateful to have discovered 3FC!

3FC seems like a pretty active and friendly community. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!

Mercury, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! I believe there is a Binge-Free Challenge you might want to check out.
