Hello all. I was excited to find this site so chock full of great info...and support. I've hit rock bottom and have decided to try Medifast for a bit since I haven't dieted since the 80's! My husband and I recently adopted our daughter and I want to enjoy life as a mom. This includes getting heathy enough to be able to keep up with an active 7 yr old!

MomtsweetT, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
