im new here and hope it will offer support from some awesome people!
im 20 but not new to dieting ive always been overweight and have always tried to lose the few extra pounds and tone up but it has never happened! however things are different this time around ive started running and recently become a vegetarian, im an old schooler in weight watchers and follow discovery points so hoping this teamed with running will be successful so fingers crossed!!

Welcome! It seems like you are on the right path to success! One tip (and I'm sure you know this) is that when I am feeling down because I didn't lose what I wanted it, or because I had that damn brownie, I like to look at the pictures posted by the people who have lost their desired weight. Lilypad, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
