New Here
Hello I'm new here and want to try something new. I'll tell a bit about myself and what my goal is. First off I don't have a time limit, nor want one. I want to lose about 50 lbs. My husband has challenged me to get below 200 before him. If I can do this I will get to have my IUD removed and try for my first baby girl :crossed:. (I have 2 boys already aged 1 and nearly 3) If he wins I have to play a computer game with him until he gets tired of the game. (odd I know :dizzy: but thats what he wants :p) So we have started cutting out alot of sweets and soda, Thing is, we are on different sleep schedules so working out together is not happening, we do it on our own time. We maybe only have one meal together a day.
I'm not sure what I'm expecting from here, but whatever it is I hope it helps me win the challenge!! :cheer: |
Good luck with your weight loss, should not be to bad losing 50 pounds if you just stay on your diet, and do some kind of exercise.

I prefer to work out alone, so hopefully you'll come to love the solo workouts as well! 50 pounds at your current weight shouldn't be difficult. You just need to plan your meals and stick to a calorie budget and the weight should come flying off. Fingers crossed you win lol! |

Read lots and find a couple of threads where you can drop in several times a day. With the support and knowledge you can find here ... you'll definitely have an edge on her husband ;) |

Mistybear, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
