LOL That is how i feel. I am so over the being Fat i want to be PHATS (pretty hot and tempting skinny) :p


I get so discouraged though, or stressed and say eh DUCK IT and eat something i am not supposed to. OR i diet for 2 months do a low to moderate working out and see no results so i give up.

I am getting motivated though, i am the heaviest i have ever been and i am just OVER IT.

I want to WANT to leave my house, i want to WANT to go to parties with hubby. So like a bad rash i am a back and i am going to spread my happy butt all over here till i find a buddy to help me stay motivated, make me laugh, and keep me going. Because i know i need help! And while i love my DH, his skinny candy eating butt is no help!

Hiya..
Well first keep in mind not everyone is the same ( obviously) I could almost eat nothing. and if i didnt excerise 5 days a week, I lose nothing..
So i have to work out hard and diet hard to lose weight.
Some people just give up soda or bread and lost 10 pounds.. So keep working at it.. try what WORKS for you. and give it your best!!!
My husband is no help either. Sometimes he is. but I have tokeep reminding him dont buy me anything to eat! lol.
YOU can do it.. just take control and log in here every day and get motivation!!

Welcome. You just have to want to be healthy, more than you want to eat something you're not supposed to. You have to choose to focus your energy into becoming what you want to be, not into feeling sorry for yourself for what you are. Don't let your emotions eat for you. Make conscious choices to do the right thing. Pick a plan. Stick to it. Measure your results and adjust as necessary. Don't deprive yourself, control yourself. You can do it.

Biloxibound, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!

Thanks guys, i am just so over it :) I want to be healthy we do have diabetes in my family on BOTH sides so that is a FEAR, i want another child and i cant do it right now. Patchwork where would i find those groups at?

Almost each sub forum here at 3FC has at least one group, if not more. http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/support-groups-122/ This is where the majority of them are, I feel. Pick an area from the list, or scroll down on that page to find more. Good luck.
