I REALLY do need the support...
 

Hello Ladies,

I always tend to fall off the radar once I lose 10 pounds or in 2-3 weeks. I need to stay connected with like-minded people. Send me emails, ask me questions, I will do the same. I work as an admin, so I sit on front of the computer (minus lunch and errands) most of the day. I need support, support, support!

I am on weight watchers (the old system).

Bring it on!!!! This is my year of COMPLETION! :carrot:

IBSB, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the Weight Watchers section.

There are a bunch of us "newbies" to the site under January Jewels. Its under Support Groups or you can search at the top for January Jewels. Most of us check in daily and we weigh in together on Fridays. I am doing old Weight Watchers too so we could compare notes :)
