I am new to the blog. I have been on MRC since October 5, 2011. I have come to the blog when I really need a boost and it has helped a lot. Just wanted to start getting to know some people that are going through the same struggles that I am in trying to obtain my goal weight. I go to the Center in Lubbock, Texas and love all the girls that work there. They are all very helpful.

JBL, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
