Hi all. I am fed up with being fat!!!! I just want to get rid of all this extra baggage. I am diabetic (insulin dependant ) so there are significant health risks in being so overweight too.
I am not sure how to go about this. I tried Atkins and had great results but then developed insulin resistance which doesn't work well with Atkins.
Any ideas? All help gratefully received.

WELCOME...Calorie counting has worked for me. There is a Diabetic Support section here. I'm sure they'll have great advice

Ideas? go vegan. no packaged foods. Nothing you could not make in your own kitchen. calories counting too. Sugar is my devil monkey.
