Time to get serious
 

Hi --

I joined a while back, but am just now getting serious about dropping those pesky 15 pounds that have crept on in the 30 years since I graduated from college.

Why? Well, I'm bustin' outta the cube -- leaving my job at Megacorp and starting my own business. But I'll need to buy medical insurance, and for the best rates I'll need to be slim and trim.

So -- onward!

GreyDawg, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
