i am new to this site and need all the help I can get to start. I've used many different weight loss plans and some have worked a little but I am looking for lifetime results. Aren't we all? I have been going through a divorce and that is now complete and time to move on to a new life with a thinner body. love music

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
