Help!!!
I am at 235..heavier than even at my highest pregnancy weight...I keep gaining...not matter what I do...had my thyroid checks, I have a border line low thyroid but not bad enough for meds...have all the symptoms...cold when this has never been a problem before, tired, no energy, hair loss...but enough of that. I need to be accountable, starting vitamins, exercise dvds (any suggestions?), and portion control.

I have had the same with thyroid checks, I have lots of the symptoms but the test comes out as really not that bad
I am not very good with exercise DVDs, I've found the PS3 (or friends have Wii and Kinect Xbox) exercise programs really good because they don't get too repetitive. The one exercise DVD I did like were the Davina ones. Good Luck |
R u just like me, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
