I'm Sarah and I'm from Northern Ireland but go to university in Leicester. I joined this site a few years ago but ended up crash dieting instead. Inevitiably I have now regained the weight that I lost, so I'm back to do things properly! :)

August Gold, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering arouns specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! You might check out the UK Chicks
