I am back.
last time I was on these forums I posted under the same name, lucindaarrowspark. I have fallen off the wagon so hard I have the varicose veins, migraine headaches and digestive ailments to prove it.
I am back here now trying again to control my eating and drinking.
even though i am kosher and a vegan I have managed to gain 50 pounds over the last 7 years.
I used to be one hot foxy chick so i know she is in here somewhere, oh that's right I swallowed her.
well its time to shed the pounds and recapture my youth.

Welcome back! It happens, the best of us gain the weight back. I gained 5lbs back in the last month, not fun.

Lucinda, welcome, glad to have you re-join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering arouns specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the Vegan forum!
