Hi all, I am new at this

Just getting started, look forward to chats and support I hear this site gives.
I am a single mother of two. In 2000 I had weight loss surgery, went through deep depression and gained alot (not all) of my weight back. Now it is down to the true hard facts "healthy in and exercise" that is the only way I am going to get back to me.

Cheryl, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering arouns specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
