I bet it its a popular time here on these boards.I am losing about 30 lbs for my resolution, and I couldn't be more excited! I am currently up late at night binging on salty goods for the LAST time in the old year! and new year of course. IP want to learn to run.I am doing couch to 2k, and also have Brazilian but workout ready to go.I am looking for af relatively active forum for weight loss support.: ):hug:

Neif, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. Find one that inspires you and just post to join!
