haven't been on here in years so here i am again. my life has been emotional this last year so i have really let myself go downhill. i got married in september but lost both my grandparents within 6 months of each other (my grandma just 3 weeks ago) i will be glad when this year is over. i just signed up for the y and am trying to figure out what kind of plan i will be following. just wanted to say hi

Welcome back! I, too, am back after a break that included deaths in the family and a creep-back of weight loss.

The good news is, WE'RE BACK, right? :) That's what's important!

Mom2, welcome, glad to have you join us.I'm sorry you have had such a tough year. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. Find one that inspires you and just post to join!
