Hello everybody, I'm 21 and 5'4" I am a new mom I currently weigh about 203 and looking to get down to about 145 or lower if possible. I'm looking for dieting ideas and help I'm new as I stated before. I am currently just counting calories and working out as I can. I am looking for any helpful tips and words of encouragement ! I'm looking to drop about 60 lbs I want to do it in less than a year! Thanks in advance for any help!! xoxo
