Greetings from South Carolina - My name is Joann and I am new to this fantastic site. Weight history - peaked in 1998 at 225, did Weight Watchers and lost over 50 pounds over a year. Kept it off mostly - up and downed a little in the past years, but never that high - until now. I am getting dangerously close at 208 and know it's time to do something. Looking for opinions on pointsplus weight watchers, southbeach, or simply filling weight watchers - need something flexible to avoid cravings. Glad to be here! :^:

I love points plus. =o) There is a great app for the iphone that tracks and also a scanner which makes tracking so much easier.

Hey everybody, I am a new kid on the block. I am glad I found this site. I am fixing to be going on MRC as of 01/01/12. My brother in TN has done the program and offered to pay the sign up fee for me. He is the best brother in the world. I am looking to lose 200lbs. I will need all the support I can get so please be patient with me. I am sure to have lots of questions. Thanks!!!!
