Mommy struggling on diet
Hello all,
I am 24 yrs old, mommy of a 1.5 yr old daughter and own a home daycare I dont have much time on my hands so my husband started the vi shape diets. Ive been on it for a couple months now and dont see much dif. Mind you its not been straight day after day doing it but i do try. I was wondering if anyone had much results on it and did you work out at the gym alot? Im looking for any advice or suggestions and mostly support on being on a diet. Thanks :) |
Welcome! Sorry I am not familiar with the VI Shape Diets. Sounds like maybe you need to find another food plan that will work with your busy lifestyle. Nothing wrong with trying a different plan. You will find a lot of information on this forum about various food plans. I personally choose calorie counting because its free and flexible. It allows me to have just about any food I want as long as it fits in my food plan.
Weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Although exercise has many other health benefits. About half way through this journey I began exercising on a regular basis. I have the equipment in my home so right now I am not going to a gym. I get up 5 days a week at 5:30 and exercise for about an hour. It makes me feel good and I have discovered a love of weight lifting. Check in on t his forum often. You will receive tons of support. |
