Hello all you lovely people!!! :)

I'm 25 years old from the UK... ive registered on here so i can have help and support in losing weight... it has to be done... i am normally a yo-yo dieter!!

I've got to do it for my own health more than anything and i want to be fitter! :D

I'm currently 17 stone 5lbs!! I have no specific diet plan and all i really have time for is Wii fit/just dance and walking as much as possible!!

I'm going to try eating breakfast every day and cutting down my food first... because HATE the word diet and sticking to a diet plan because u can guarantee it just wont happen! So i thought if i do things slowly and in my own way but exercise more then HOPEFULLY it will work!!

Welcome! I am a (hopefully reformed) yo-yo-er myself. I hate dieting - I calorie count and have done quite well so far by tracking what I eat and controlling portions.

Good luck - this site is brill - loads of support and useful tips. There us never any negativity so you can post all your questions and concerns.

Hello and welcome. And I agree with you completely about dieting. I much prefer to just stick with healthful eating and exercise.
