Hey guys, I just signed up on this forum as Im looking for some support for my weight loss journey.
I'm 20 years old and have been overweight for all of those 20 years.
I'm hoping to get down to my goal weight of 150 lbs. and I currently weigh 176 lbs.

I think above anything else I need support from people who understand exactly what I'm going through.

I hope to talk to all of you soon!
