Yay for healthy AND yummy food :D
Hey Everyone,
I have recently decided to go on a pre christmas health kick! (haven't we all!) and it's actually going quite well so far so just need to keep the momentum going!!! "I will say no to the brownie... disgusting mud lookalike thing!"
Anyway so I really wanted to join and chat to other "Healthy Angels" and I was thinking of maybe doing a recipe of the day for anyone interested as I have a notebook full of my very own weird and wonderful recipes lol! I try and keep all of them under 200 cals, some of these include dessert but not all of them!
Hopefully my first Recipe will be tomorrow and I'll try and include pics on most if not all of them.
