A new new start...

  • So I had a new start a few months ago and I didn't stick with that. I decided this week to make a new start....again. I recently moved to a new place with a new job where I sit down most of the day. I also don't walk around here as much as I did in my hometown. So I decided to take a 30 min. bootcamp class on my lunch break at work and I'm also doing Weight Watchers. I have my e-tools, my iPhone app, and I go to meetings every Tuesday. I joined this community because with all of that, I still need more accountability. I don't know many people here, so there's no one to share accomplishments with. Hopefully, posting and reading other people's journeys can help me to stay on track.

    I prefer to say food plan (or lifestyle choice), because diets imply that it's just a temporary means to an end... and that's daunting!
