I am a 24 yr old female who is about 356lbs.Thank goodness I have some height to me. Scary,yes...tell me about it.

I am planning on giving weight loss another go starting Monday. I am going back on the Visalus(shake diet) and exercising. I had a little success before but know several others who have had great success at it. I just frankly gave up last time. I have been a lifelong dieter and overweight. For exercise my plan of attack is an exercise bike and using the Xbox Kinect with a game that is basically like a personal trainer..(trust me it kicks your butt). I wanted to join a gym but I feel as out of shape I am it wouldnt do me good right this moment. Gotta get moving first. I unfortunately have a desk job working from so I sit all day which is not condusive to weight loss at all.
