Facing Facts
 

Had the medical exams, it's now down on paper and I can't pretend there isn't a problem. I've gotta reverse the damage or else...
I have lots to tackle and absolutely no energy. I'm hoping to get the support I need here and hopefully be supportive to those who need it too. I've just been through the worst year of my life and I am determined to make my future a bright and better one!
