hey new chick here

    im here because im worried the impact of my weight on my health, even though I am only a bit overweight, most of it is round my middle....( like abnormally so!! ) and i want to be fit and healthy. I already exercise as I cycle most days. I am recovered from bulimia which I suffered from for several years however my eating still remains chaotic. I am scared of hunger so I dont allow myself to get hungry but i emotionally eat. I dont know if to allow myself to feel hunger again or not as i want my eating to be as "normal" as possible. I want make sure I get enough protein and following a high protein diet would prob be the best for me....altho i am a fruit addict!!

  • Welcome, I read one study that said if you eat mainly whole grains, you will loose the belly fat. Just take one day at a time, eat more fruits and veggies and fish and lean meat.
