Hi there!

I've been lurking for awhile and figured I may as well introduce myself and start posting.

I'm 27 years old, vegan, and I'm trying to lose 25 pounds. I've already lost 5, so 20% of the way there! :)

Delurking myself too! Great job on the 5 lbs already. I'm doing ideal protein, which has worked wonders....about 23 lbs in 6 weeks. I've always thought about going vegetarian...or pescetarian at least. I doubt I could ever go vegan. How has it been for you?

I was vegetarian for 10 years and have been vegan for 4, so honestly I can't really remember life before vegetarianism. :)

If vegetarianism/pescetarianism is something you are interested in, I would suggest incorporating a few meatless meals into your week. Perhaps maybe one day a week try a new vegetarian or pescetarian meal for dinner? If you want to talk more feel free to PM me. And congrats on your weight loss so far!
