I am here to catch hints to improve my teaching, and motivation on health and fitness. I run a Web Blog that is basically a search engine, and am looking to try to find ways to help people in the world. Obesity is a big epidemic in today's society that needs to be fixed. The health issues are extreme, but our norm's and values have made society blind to the fact that we are killing ourselves. I am very sick of this behavior, and something need's to change. Do you realize how many people die in one day, because of this. Lets get the word out, and stop this non - sense . ;)
