Hello

Hiya, I'm Emma.
I've been looking for good forums to join, to help me with my diet, really. I've decided to not be a fat girl any longer! My starting weight was 18st 12 and I've lost 5lbs this week (it's only my first week!) on Atkins-ish. I'm not being 100% strict although I'm considering moving to that.

Anyway I just wanted to say hi!
