I'm new and trying to lose weight in a healthy way
Hi! I'm 19 years old. I recently just lost 60 pounds. I would like to lose 20 more. My begining weight was around 225, I am now 165 but I would like to be at least 145. I am 5'9. I work out 5-6 days a week and I eat no more than 120 calories per day but now I am not losing any weight because my body is so used to my life style now. Any suggestions?
