Been lurking for awhile
 

Hi my name is Tanya I have been lurking for months and I guess it is time to introduce myself, lol I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism (10 years) and pcos (5 years). I have lost 75 lbs from my highest weight(2008) and 54 lbs since eating healthier and exercising, I started to watch my calorie intake in January of this year and exercising more frequently, I took a four month break in between this year to take care of my grandmother who was dieing but maintained the whole 4 months. I have 5 beautiful children and a step son and been married for 3 years to a wonderful husband. I enjoying seeing lots of answers to many weight loss related questions I have had and hope to get know some of you.
