My name is Kate. I'm 18 years old and trying to shift the flab.
I'm fed up of having a food baby!
I'm 5 ft 8 and 182 pounds. I've let my weight slide up but enough is enough.
This is the first ever weight loss community I have joint. I've tried to lose weight before but I have gained it back. So here's hoping that this time it's permanent.
