The Damage is done, but now i'm back to fix it
 

Hi Guys!
It's been 6 monhs since I've been on this forum. In the year previous to dissapearing I had an amazing run of weightloss with this forums support and managed to get to an all time low of 170, from a high of 260.
Then I got a Job in Kenya, moved out and wholely forgot about weight loss or maintenance and over 6 months 22lbs snuck back on! I didn't even notice! I'm back home now so jumped on the scales 2 days ago thinking I may have gain 5-7lbs. Nope. 22 freakin lbs!
So I feel like I'm back to square one again and I need your ladies support. This time I'm hoping to go all the way. I'm 25 in January and there's no way i'm wasting the 2nd half of my 20s as obese or overweight. Time conquer this once and for all.
