My first day here!!!
 

Hi all,

I'm new here to 3FatChicks, just found you guys out through a friend... I'm not really sure what this site is all about, but decided to join since I am alone this Friday night, and need people to talk to!!

I'm from NY, and I'm really discouraged.. I've done Weight Watchers, and several other diet plans and no matter what it seems I always go back to my old ways... I can't stop eating junk food even though I've tried, and I never have the motivation to exercise.. not even walk to the groceries instead of drive... It doesn't help that I have such a stressful job, and need some way to pamper myself at the end of the day... I end up turning to food a lot.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. Hopefully I can find some supportive people here.. it seems like a very friendly place!
