First of all, thank you for sharing my weight loss journey with me!
I've been struggling with my weight for a few years now, yo yo'ing within this 15lb range, just cant seem to get below it without gaining again.
I have about 70lbs left to lose, having maintained a loss of 20ish for the last 6 months. 70lbs is what im aiming for and would be awesome, but i am realistic and would be happy with 50.
Im calorie counting and exercising, have just signed up for a 6 week bootcamp challenge (eek!!!).
Im really looking forward to getting my weight under control once and for all and cant wait to see all of you meet your goals as well!!
