Just starting
 
I am a total newbie to weight loss & decided to look to other dieters for guidance. I have gained and lost quite by accident over the years, but never have a clue why or what I am doing to cause it. I am looking to lose a minimum of 55 pounds and get down to 150, which I could live with. The lowest I ever weighed is 130 from my teens to early 20s. I know 130 would be a hard goal, so I will stick with the right in the center of the normal range.

Welcome to the forum! Spend some time reading the forum and find a food plan the works with your lifestyle and you can stick to long term. Work on carving out some time in your schedule to exercise or move more.
