Hi all! I originally joined the group a couple of years ago, and had lost about 10 lbs by the time I drifted away. Over the past couple of years I've gained it back, along with another 10. I'm starting over with my weight loss plans today and wanted to come back here for encouragement. Thanks for having me! :)
