New here!
Hi all,
I'm new to this whole forum - I found out about them through Jillian Michaels' podcasts (I love her and them!) and am just so stuck at the moment with my weightloss. I self-sabotage when no one is around by binge eating - nothing serious, just enough to throw my 1400 cals a day off (I notice that there is a group on here for people like me) and then don't get off my bum to work it off!!! Anyways, I'm looking forward to checking out the rest of these forums and hopefully challenging myself to work out these issues!! Steph x |
