Hey, I'm Amanda :D

I searched a lot of forums before deciding on this one, I just loved the title.

Bear with me, I'm not too good at the whole introduction thing but I'll give it a try.

I'm 21 years old, I've struggled with weight all of my childhood, I had a short period of time where I was at my dream weigh (140lbs) and then I got married and got comfortable and lost track. My husband is in the navy and I love him very much, he is currently deployed and almost home, yay! He's very supportive of me losing weight because he wants me to live a long healthy life.

My main reason for wanting to lose weight is children. My husband and I are going to start trying for our first bundle of joy after he re-enlists in April of 2013 and I want to be at a healthy weight so my pregnancy can go smoothly. I'd also like to feel comfortable.

I'd love to get and give support on this site and just make a few friends while I work towards my goal :) I look forward to getting to know everyone.
