3rd and final time weight loss goal!!!
 

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site as a member, but I have been peeking in here and there for about a year or so. I usually don't join forums, but I loved the concept here and the name 3FC is totally catchy. I say that this is my 3rd and final time, but in all actuality I have lost count. I have been on a roller coaster weight ride since about 18 years old when I used Depo for birth control. It totally wacked my metabolism. Oh well, here I am today, not looking back, but instead looking forward to a better, new and improved permanent me! So I say 3rd because this is the 3rd most serious weight loss commitment I am making. The other times besides 2x were kind of whimsical :dizzy:. So now I will be using, which I have started 3 days ago, Shapely Secrets that I have had for about 3 years now. I will eat what I want but in moderation and watch SS sculpt me perfectly as hard as I work.

There is an earful for ya. I hope to make new friends and to find a buddy who is starting out with SS as well so we can encourage each other. :hug:

As for those of you who are just starting, good luck and to those who are prevailing, keep up the good work.:dust:
