I doubt anyone remembers me, but I lost some weight a couple of years ago.
I gained back up to 170lbs and 4 weeks ago started to get back to where I was. Well now I am back to 155lbs (I lost a lot quickly, I am not sure why or how but since I've been hitting the gym it's just falling off though!) but all the while I must admit I was lurking around here
So hi everyone!
I am back to my mini-goal weight, the link is in my signature and I feel great although my rapid weight loss has raised a few eyebrows of people that have only known me at 170lbs.
So I am back to get support and give support
I posted a pic of myself at my "regain" 4 weeks ago and my current weight in my thread just to show you that it's not the end of the world and you really can get back on track, do not let it demotivate you!
