On the road for a new me!!
 

Hi everyone!! I have browsed on this site a few times and joined a couple of months ago, but I am to a point in my journey that I can do this alone. I am a 29 year old wife and mother of four great kids. I am following the slim for life program which I think is the same as slimgenics and LA weight loss...I am not doing this in a center I am just following the diet plan on my own. I started this in the beginning of August and I have lost just over 40 pounds, but I am beginning to hover around the same number. However, I have been cheating like crazy a bite here and a bite there, but those bites add up :nono: So I am here to find sanity and support as I try to push myself to get to where I wanna go.

Welcome! I am new here too. Congrats on your progress so far sounds like you need a little jumpstart. Is there something that you could do/get that would be a stepping stone to get you over this stall? You can do this!!! :-)
