Happy to find you, I had been looking for a relevant forum for some time, but nothing I had seen so far had attracted me. I am 43 yrs old, have been dieting for most of my adult life and 100 kilos at the moment (175cm tall). Dieting has haunted me for most of my adult life. I have blamed it for many things in my life. I have at this point decided to get it out of the way. Major reason being that I dont like myself the way I am, I think it is the main reason I feel unhappy. I believe that the procedure we need to follow in order to change the way we look is a whole process that has to do with our inside, the way we feel, the way we perceive and digest things that happen to us. My short term goal is to loose 8 kilos by Christmas.
Good luck to everybodys difficult effort in finding themselves and changing them to something that they love.
