Finally on the right track, I hope!
Hi everyone! My name is Megan. I'm 19, 5'2, and 130 pounds. For my height 130 is a little steep. I used to be 110 a couple years ago, then 115, then it just kept adding up! I want to kick this in the butt before it gets too out of hand. I DO NOT carry my weight well. My hips are exploding, and my thighs are huge... My measurements are, 34,26,40. Yes. 40. Maybe even more now. I just want to lose the weight and keep it off.I hope to get to about 115 and ultimatly 110. I'm also having issues with my stomach now, so all I can eat is really bland food. I hope that helps me eat a little better. I'm trying to eat right before I start working out because I tend to get very hungry when I work out and binge on terrible food. Resulting in a stomach ache. I hope this site gives me the steps and support I need to succeed. I have no support at home, and my type 1 DIABETIC boyfriend has the worst eating habbits ever. So I have go to stay strong, and eat the better choice.

Hi Megan! I think we have a similar body type!! I'm 5'1 and 115! I know 115 is not too bad for many people but for my height 115 is quite....round. My ideal weight is 95-100 lbs! My heaviest was 138 which was few years back...I lost 6 pounds few months ago and have gained it all back!!!! I'm the queen of junk food!@#!$!@# Today is my first day on Ideal Protein, I hope I can stick through it!! Are you on IP too?

Now I feel huge...Im 5'0 and 135lbs. so you all KNOW what im talking about. I gain weight in my mid section and im SICK of it.

Well at least we can all relate. My mom is obese, so she thinks I have the perfect body. I have a love/hate relationship with my pear shape. In the past year, I have gone from a size 3 to a size 7. That's the hate part of it... I'm fine with being bottom heavy, because it makes my tummy look smaller... But then my boobs don't match my butt and I look unbalanced. Erggg. The plagues of being a female. There's too much presure to be skinny.
