Another Newbie
 

Hi ya'll

I'm 22 and just married a year ago. I just jumped head first into my career as well. I have 2 kids (a dog and a cat) :). I've always been a little over weight. Right around 145 for most of my life until I got into x-ray school. I gained 20 pounds in 2 years. WOW. I've been sitting right around 162/163 for about a year now and cannot seem to get it off. I've tried every quick fix you can think of.

I've recently started having sleeping problems and my insulin is starting to climb. It's not very high yet but all of the women in my family are Diabetics.

I hope to make some good friends and share some good (and bad) experiences with many of you. Thanks for being so welcoming.
