A new game plan!

  • Hello everybody. I guess it has been 20 plus days, since I have had my weight ticker for approx. a week and I can't really report any good news as far as weight loss, however, I have been increasing my level of activities i.e. cardio and weight training. I did see Chris Powell on the Dr. Oz show and checked out his website and decided to join for 3 months (it was much cheaper than monthly). Very different way of viewing carbohydrates that made a lot of sense to me. So...we shall see. Today is my first real day of implementing my meal plan and I am hoping for the dramatic results that other people on the forum seem to be having. I really need this to work, I am starting to get discouraged
