Hi everyone! My name is Donna and I live in the state of Indiana in the USA. I have diabetes and have not had any control really from day 1 (17 years ago) so I am looking to change my lifestyle. Duh! Should have done that years ago but I'm still alive so I figure it's okay to start now :)
Anyway, someone directed me to this forum and I am here to read, learn and interact with others who have the same goals. Yes, I want and need to lose weight but the other thing is better blood sugar control. Thanks for letting me join!
